The clip comes from a Minecraft parody of Flo Rida's 2015 pop hit My House, whose opening welcome was rewritten for mining, crafting, and block-built homes. Minecraft song parodies were a major YouTube trend in the 2010s, with creators re-recording chart songs using game lyrics and animated worlds. This short excerpt survived on its own as a soundboard and meme sound, reused far beyond the full video because the first line instantly signals Minecraft, a base reveal, or a mining joke without any setup.
About this sound
Welcome to My Mine is a short Minecraft parody clip of the My House intro, used in gaming edits, intros and meme videos about mining and building.
Welcome to My Mine is a sung opening line from a Minecraft parody of the hit song My House, reworked with blocky mining lyrics. A confident male vocal delivers the welcome over a bouncy pop beat, instantly setting a playful, in-game mood. The short clip feels like an invitation into someone's base, shaft, or survival world. It lands as a funny, nostalgic cue for longtime players, turning an ordinary entrance or tour into a joke that viewers who know Minecraft will recognise in the first second.
