Faz o Urro comes from the Brazilian Portuguese dub of Shrek, the 2001 animated film from DreamWorks. In the scene, Donkey encourages the ogre to roar, and the short phrase became a standout quote among Brazilian fans of the dub. Clips and audio snippets later spread through WhatsApp groups, meme pages, and short video edits, where the line is reused out of context as a challenge or prompt. Its popularity lasts because the delivery is instantly recognisable and works even when viewers only hear the buildup.
