Party Noob, often called Poob, is a party-loving NPC from Regretevator, a Roblox game built around riding an elevator through unpredictable floors and encounters. Clips of the character's sounds spread through Roblox edits, soundboards and short gaming videos, often alongside the Roblox oof in fan-made compilations. The appeal comes from the character's nonstop celebration mood, which clashes with the game's stranger floors and other NPCs. That contrast keeps the sound useful as a quick party reaction even for viewers who recognise the character but have never played Regretevator themselves for long.
Bu Ses Hakkında
Party Noob sound effect from the Roblox game Regretevator, featuring the cheerful NPC's party noise that players use for funny gaming edits and memes.
This short clip captures Party Noob, also known as Poob, from the Roblox game Regretevator, delivering a brief burst of cheerful party energy. The sound is bright, bouncy and instantly silly, with an excited character noise that feels like a tiny celebration packed into two seconds. It lands as a playful reaction rather than a serious line, making a normal moment feel like a party has suddenly started. Editors use that contrast for jokes, surprise entrances and lighthearted wins, where the sound alone signals fun before anything else happens on screen during a clip.
