Postal 2 is a 2003 open-world action game by Running With Scissors, set in the fictional town of Paradise, where everyday animals such as pigeons help make its streets feel alive. Their cooing and fluttering form part of the game's background ambience rather than a scripted joke or famous line, which is why the clip works so well outside the game. Soundboard users have kept it circulating as a ready-made piece of city atmosphere, especially among Postal fans and editors who want authentic in-game audio instead of a generic stock effect.
Bu Ses Hakkında
Ambient pigeon cooing and wing fluttering from Postal 2, the 2003 open-world game, used by creators for comedic city scenes, idle moments and meme edits.
This 44-second clip captures a flock of pigeons doing what pigeons do best: soft, rhythmic cooing layered over sudden bursts of wing flapping as the birds shuffle, take off and settle again. It feels less like a single effect and more like a small slice of city life lifted straight from Postal 2's streets, with a slightly grainy, in-game quality that makes it instantly recognisable to players. Dropped into a video, it adds instant atmosphere, turning an empty street, a waiting scene or a deadpan joke into something that feels lived-in, a little chaotic and quietly funny without saying a word.
