Cobra is a 1986 American action film starring Sylvester Stallone as Marion Cobretti, a tough Los Angeles police detective who confronts a serial killer. In Brazil, the film became widely known through its Portuguese dub, and this particular insult has circulated online as a short, shareable soundbite. Fans reuse it because the line combines an old-school action hero with unusually blunt, almost childish insults, making it easy to drop into jokes, roasts and reaction videos long after the film's original release.
Bu Ses Hakkında
Sylvester Stallone as Cobra delivers a dubbed Portuguese insult calling someone immature and threatening him, a movie quote used for comedic roasts.
This eight-second clip captures Sylvester Stallone's Cobra in the Brazilian Portuguese dub, delivering a blunt insult in a low, cold and deliberately threatening voice. He calls his target a cretino, an immature fool and a piece of trash, before ending with a flat promise to kill him. The dubbed delivery is slow and controlled rather than shouted, which makes the escalation feel both menacing and absurd. Listeners hear the classic 1980s action-hero swagger, but the crude, playground-style insults undercut the danger and turn the threat into comedy. It lands as a joke precisely because it sounds so serious.
