Team Fortress 2 is Valve's class based shooter released in 2007, where Scout is the fast, loudmouth mercenary from Boston voiced by Nathan Vetterlein. His in game voice lines became a staple of early YouTube poops, Garry's Mod videos and meme edits, with fans clipping single phrases for reactions. This best friends line circulated the same way, shared by players who knew Scout mainly for taunts and insults. It remains popular as a sincere counterpoint in a community built around decades of jokes, updates and team nostalgia.

Scout from Team Fortress 2 delivers his we're all best friends line, a nostalgic voice clip used for friendship edits, farewells and ironic team moments.
This is a longer Scout voice clip from Team Fortress 2 where the fast talking mercenary drops his usual bragging and sounds unexpectedly sincere. He delivers the we're all best friends line with earnest, almost sentimental energy that contrasts with his cocky personality in game. The delivery builds from casual chatter into a heartfelt moment, making the friendship claim feel both genuine and funny. Listeners often find it bittersweet because Scout is normally all insults and boasts, so hearing him get soft about his team stands out and sticks in the memory.
