The laugh comes from Flight, known online as FlightReacts, a YouTube creator popular for basketball and gaming reaction videos. His exaggerated reactions became meme material on YouTube and TikTok, with short clips isolated and reused as soundboard sounds. This evil laugh version spread because it captures his energetic, theatrical style in a single recognizable moment. Unlike a generic stock cackle, fans associate the specific pitch and timing with Flight himself, and creators reuse it for mock-villain energy. A similar playful cackle is the chipmunk laugh, though Flight's version is longer and more drawn out.

FlightReacts evil laugh sound effect from the YouTuber Flight, a high-pitched manic cackle used for villain moments, trolling edits and reaction memes.
This is FlightReacts bursting into an exaggerated evil laugh, starting with a sharp high-pitched hee-hee before stretching into a long, loud haaa. The delivery is theatrical and over the top, more cartoon villain than genuinely menacing. It lasts just under six seconds, giving the cackle time to build and become funnier as it continues. Viewers instantly read it as playful scheming or mock celebration, which is why the clip works so well dropped over someone plotting, winning, or enjoying another person's fail.
