Rainbow Dash is a main character in My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, known for her speed, loyalty and boastful personality. The do RJ label points to Rio de Janeiro, signalling a Brazilian localised joke rather than an official dub. Clips like this grew from the recent wave of AI voice memes, where familiar cartoon voices are made to say unexpected regional slang. Brazilian editors share them in short shitposts and edits, keeping the character recognisable while the delivery makes the scene feel completely new.

AI meme clip of Rainbow Dash from My Little Pony speaking like she's from Rio de Janeiro, used for Brazilian shitposts and funny pony edits.
This is an AI generated meme voice clip imagining Rainbow Dash, the fast and confident pegasus from My Little Pony, talking with a Rio de Janeiro attitude. The joke is the contrast between the bright cartoon character and the casual Brazilian street style delivery, which makes the lines feel absurd and instantly quotable. The voice is expressive and over the top rather than natural, leaning into the artificial sound for comic effect. Creators use it as a reaction punchline where a cute character suddenly sounds tough, local and completely out of place.
