Aleks Syntek is a well known Mexican singer, songwriter and producer whose career spans pop and rock in Spanish. This particular clip is not from a studio track but from a live social video, where the line si estoy desequilibrado mental was clipped and reposted on TikTok. Mexican and Latin American users began using it as a shorthand reaction for spiraling, acting unhinged or joking about their own mental state. Its popularity comes from the contrast between his public image as a polished musician and the blunt, meme ready honesty of the phrase.
关于此声音
Aleks Syntek says si estoy desequilibrado mental in this viral TikTok live moment from Mexico, now used as a self-deprecating reaction sound for memes.
This sound is Aleks Syntek speaking the Spanish line si estoy desequilibrado mental, which translates to yes, I am mentally unbalanced. It is a short, deadpan voice clip rather than a song, taken from a live moment that feels candid and slightly unhinged. The humor comes from how calmly and directly he owns the statement, making it sound like a confession and a punchline at the same time. Listeners instantly get the joke about losing control, overthinking, or acting irrationally, which is why the clip works so well as an exaggerated reaction to chaotic or embarrassing situations online.
