Arisa Ichigaya is a main character in BanG Dream, also known as Bandori, the Japanese music media franchise that expanded into anime, manga and the rhythm game Girls Band Party. As the keyboardist for Poppin'Party, she is known for her blunt, easily flustered personality, and short voice clips like this laugh are frequently pulled from the anime and game. Fans share them on soundboards as instant reactions, where the clip works as shorthand for her tsundere attitude in conversations and edited videos.

Arisa Ichigaya's short hah laugh from BanG Dream, the Bandori anime and game. A quick voice reaction for smug, surprised or playful anime edits.
This is a brief, sharp laugh from Arisa Ichigaya, the keyboardist of Poppin'Party in BanG Dream. Lasting under a second, it is a single clipped hah delivered in her bright, slightly tsundere tone, more of a scoff than a full laugh. The sound cuts off almost as soon as it starts, which makes it feel smug, dismissive and a little embarrassed at the same time. That abruptness is what gives it punch in edits, landing like a quick verbal jab or a reaction to something unexpectedly silly or impressive from another character.
