This short cat gag clip circulates online as a reaction sound, built around a pet retching after smelling sour cream. Its origin as a standalone soundboard clip is unclear, but its appeal comes from how clearly the choking noise communicates disgust without any words. Shared in meme edits and pet videos, it became a quick shorthand for tasting or smelling something awful. It remains popular because it is brief, recognisable and easy to layer over a close-up, a failed recipe or a reaction shot without needing context.
关于此声音
A short cat gagging and choking sound after smelling sour cream, used as a funny disgust reaction in pet videos, memes and edits for gross or nasty moments.
This is a brief, sharp gagging noise from a cat reacting to the smell of sour cream, with a choked retch that rises and cuts off quickly. The sound is wet, strained and a little squeaky, making the disgust feel instant and exaggerated rather than serious. It lands as a punchline because the reaction is so dramatic for such a small moment. Viewers read it immediately as revulsion, which is why editors drop it over food, smells or anything unpleasant. The short length keeps the joke fast and lets the picture do the rest of the work.
