Eyeless Jack began as a character in online Creepypasta horror stories shared on forums and wikis, recognizable by his dark eye sockets and dark mask. He became a staple of internet horror alongside figures like Jeff the Killer. The voicelines heard online are fan creations rather than lines from an official film or game, performed to match his cold killer persona. They spread through YouTube creepypasta readings, Gacha horror videos and TikTok edits, where short scary audio is constantly reused for atmosphere.

Original voicelines of Eyeless Jack, the masked Creepypasta killer. A dark, distorted voice clip used in horror edits, gaming montages and scary TikTok memes.
The clip collects fan-made voicelines performed as Eyeless Jack, the black-eyed, masked killer from Creepypasta horror lore. The voice is low, raspy and heavily distorted, delivered in slow, menacing phrases with cold, flat emotion that feels inhuman. Breathy pauses and echoing processing make each line sound like it was recorded in an empty building. Played over an edit, it instantly creates dread and tension, turning a normal gaming clip or slideshow into something that feels stalked and unsafe, which is why horror creators love it for jumpscares.
