Game Grumps is the long running YouTube lets play series hosted by Arin Hanson and Dan Avidan, known for improvised jokes over retro games. One of their playthroughs covered Mickey Mousecapade, the 1987 NES platformer where Mickey rescues Minnie. The dookie butt line became a small fan favourite from that run, clipped and shared as a soundboard staple because it sums up the show's humour in seconds. Fans still reuse it for retro gaming edits, Discord reactions, and nostalgic Game Grumps compilations.

Game Grumps clip of Dookie Butt from their Mickey Mousecapade playthrough, used as a funny reaction and meme sound effect in edits and streams.
This short voice clip captures a Game Grumps moment during their Mickey Mousecapade playthrough, built around the childish phrase dookie butt delivered with exaggerated, giggly energy. The humor is not in plot or skill but in how seriously and repeatedly the silly insult lands while a cheerful Disney platformer plays underneath. It sounds loose, improvised, and instantly quotable, the kind of throwaway joke that sticks in viewers heads. Played on its own it works as a pure reaction, turning an ordinary fail, mess up, or gross out moment into something deliberately dumb and funny.
