Omaru Polka is a Japanese VTuber with Hololive Production who debuted in August 2020 as part of the agency's fifth generation. Known for her energetic clown persona and rapid, expressive reactions, her short voice lines are frequently clipped from streams and shared by fans. Ii nee, meaning nice or that's good in Japanese, became one of those reusable reaction sounds on soundboards and in fan edits. Its brevity and cheerful tone helped it spread beyond Hololive audiences to general anime and VTuber meme use, where it still signals quick, lighthearted approval.
