Uruha Rushia was a Japanese VTuber with Hololive, and short clips of her distinctive high voice became popular with fans who shared them as reaction sounds. This elongated neeee is one of those easily recognised vocal moments, passed around in VTuber compilations, TikTok edits and other anime reaction sounds long after individual streams ended. Its appeal is simple: it needs no translation to read as playful, teasing and a little dramatic, so creators keep reusing it whenever a scene needs a cute, exaggerated anime-style interjection.

Uruha Rushia's drawn-out neeee vocal from Hololive, a cute teasing sound fans drop into memes, edits and reaction clips for playful surprise or excitement.
This clip captures Hololive VTuber Uruha Rushia stretching a single, high-pitched 'neee' into a soft, sing-song whine that rises and falls like a playful complaint. Her voice is bright, a little teasing and instantly recognisable to fans, turning a tiny Japanese conversational sound into something exaggerated and meme-ready. Played on its own it feels cute and slightly mischievous, but dropped over a reaction or a reveal it adds a sudden burst of personality, making the moment feel funnier, lighter and much more anime.
