Lord Shaxx is the Crucible handler in Bungie's Destiny 2, a towering Titan known for his loud, passionate commentary on competitive multiplayer matches. His voice lines became popular clips among Destiny players, who shared them as reactions to stressful raids, trials matches and everyday gaming frustration. The relax line stands out because it reverses his usual intensity, turning a familiar announcer into a voice of reason. That contrast has kept it useful for memes, streams and short videos long after players first heard it in the game.

Lord Shaxx's 'relax' voice line from Destiny 2, delivered in his booming Crucible announcer style for calming down tense teammates and funny gameplay moments.
This eight-second clip captures Lord Shaxx, the gruff Crucible handler from Destiny 2, telling players to relax in his deep, commanding voice. The delivery is slow and deliberate, with a theatrical boom that makes a simple word feel like an order from a veteran warrior. It lands with comic contrast because Shaxx is usually shouting about combat, glory and victory, so hearing him pause for calm feels both reassuring and absurd. Creators use the pause and weight of his voice to defuse a heated moment, mock an overreacting teammate, or turn a small in-game setback into a joke.
