The clip comes from Les Kassos episode 14, titled Papi Fougasse et Les Proumfs, which reimagines the Smurfs as the Proumfs with Père Fougas as their foul-mouthed elder. Les Kassos is known for taking familiar cartoon worlds and twisting them into crude, adult comedy, and this episode follows that formula closely. Shared on soundboards and in French meme edits, the short exchange has kept circulating because fans recognise the character instantly and reuse his angry rant as shorthand for an exasperated authority figure losing patience.

A short Les Kassos clip featuring Père Fougas from episode 14, used by creators for funny French meme edits and reaction moments in short videos.
This nineteen-second clip captures Père Fougas, the gruff elder from Les Kassos, in a loud, over-the-top French exchange with the Proumfs. His voice is gravelly and impatient, rising into shouting and comic frustration while the other characters answer back in quick, squeaky tones, giving the whole scene the feel of a chaotic cartoon argument. Because the delivery is so exaggerated and instantly recognisable to fans of the series, it lands as a punchline on its own, turning an ordinary cut into a moment of absurd, nostalgic humour that viewers familiar with the parody immediately get.
