The 'deez nuts' joke traces back to Dr. Dre's 1992 album The Chronic, which featured a skit titled 'Deeez Nuuuts' that turned the phrase into slang for a crude punchline. It became a playground and phone-prank staple through the 2000s, then exploded online in 2015 when WelvenDaGreat's Vine clips shouting the phrase went viral and spawned endless remixes. Since then it has lived on as a universal bait-and-switch gag across YouTube, TikTok and soundboards, where a short isolated clip like this one works as an instant, recognizable gotcha.

A short 'deez nuts' punchline clip built around the classic prank setup. Creators use it as a reaction sound for bait-and-switch jokes in memes and videos.
This six-second clip delivers the payoff of the classic deez nuts prank, a voice leaning into the setup before landing on the punchline with exaggerated comedic timing. The delivery is playful and taunting, with a rising, teasing cadence that makes the final phrase hit harder, usually over a clean vocal recording with no music behind it. Hearing it instantly signals that the listener has been baited, which triggers an eye-roll, a laugh, or both. It works because the joke is universally recognized, so even a few seconds are enough to turn an ordinary setup into a shared punchline.
