Charles Calvin is the cheerful helicopter pilot in the Henry Stickmin games created by Puffballs United, where his catchphrase about the greatest plan usually introduces a bold rescue or escape idea. The line became a recurring joke across the series and spread widely after The Henry Stickmin Collection brought the older Flash games to a new audience in 2020. Online, editors reuse the clip whenever someone presents a flawed scheme with complete confidence, turning a sincere game moment into a shorthand for optimistic overplanning.

Charles saying this is the greatest plan from Henry Stickmin, a confident voice line used for bold ideas, confident entrances and ironic plan reveals.
This clip captures Charles Calvin delivering his famous greatest plan line with total confidence and upbeat energy. His voice is bright, earnest and completely sure the idea will work, which is exactly why it lands so well as a joke. The delivery sells reckless optimism before anything has actually happened. Placed over a reveal, an entrance or a character unveiling a terrible strategy, it instantly frames the moment as heroic in their head and doomed in everyone else's, making the contrast feel playful rather than mean.
