"Mountains" is a piece from Hans Zimmer's score for Christopher Nolan's 2014 film Interstellar. The cue became especially recognizable for its urgent, clock-like momentum and its role in one of the film's most tense sequences. Online, it spread through cinematic edits, sci-fi videos and emotional montage content where creators wanted instant scale and intensity. It still gets reused because a short section can quickly make ordinary footage feel larger, more dramatic and more serious without needing any spoken setup.
