The clip circulates on soundboards under the name Laugh Lord X 2, with its existing description in Spanish calling it the second oldest exe, a reference to the long running exe creepypasta meme format built around corrupted game characters. No clear original recording, character or release year is credited with the sound, so its history is mostly in reuse. Editors keep reposting the laugh for horror parodies, boss fight jokes and reaction videos, where the exaggerated laugh instantly signals a cursed or overpowered version of a character.

Laugh Lord X 2 is a short maniacal laugh sound effect linked to exe meme edits, used for creepy reveals, villain moments and jump scare reactions.
Laugh Lord X 2 is a loud, drawn out evil laugh that lasts just under seven seconds and builds a sense of threat from the first second. The voice sounds exaggerated and theatrical rather than natural, with a deep, mocking tone that feels made for a boss character or cursed exe figure. There is no music or dialogue around it, so the laugh fills the whole clip and lands as the joke or the scare itself. Played over a still face or a sudden close up, it turns an ordinary moment into a fake final battle.
