Scatter comes from Ed, Edd n Eddy, the Cartoon Network series created by Danny Antonucci that ran from 1999 to 2009. Eddy, voiced by Tony Sampson, is the short, scheming leader of the trio, constantly inventing scams to earn money for jawbreakers. His loud orders and sudden panics became some of the show's most quotable moments. Clips of his voice later circulated on soundboards and in meme edits, where this brief command survived because it sums up Eddy's leadership style in one word and works even without the original scene attached.

Eddy's shouted Scatter line from the Cartoon Network series EEnE, a short voice clip used for sudden escapes, chaotic exits and funny reaction edits.
Eddy yells Scatter in a loud, panicked burst that lasts just over a second, his voice cracking with urgency as if a plan has suddenly fallen apart. It is a single shouted command with no music or background noise, so the delivery carries all the comedy. The word lands like a signal for everyone to run in different directions, turning a small mishap into instant chaos. Viewers recognise the overreaction immediately, and that exaggerated fear makes ordinary slip-ups, failed schemes and surprise moments feel much funnier than they really are in context.
