Little is known about who first recorded the Stevo licks bums clip, so it circulates mainly as a loose meme upload shared between soundboards and group chats. Its humour comes from British style playground slang and the shameless mums joke, which makes it easy to reuse without any context from an original show or film. Online it sits alongside bruh and goofy ahh sounds as a quick crude reaction, passed around for roasts and fake confessions. That simplicity keeps it alive despite low views, because anyone hearing it once immediately understands the joke.

Stevo licks bums is a silly meme voice clip of a man joking about liking mums, used for crude jokes, roasts and awkward reaction moments online.
This sound is a short, deliberately crude voice clip built around the Stevo licks bums gag and the confessional line about liking mums. The delivery is playful and exaggerated rather than aggressive, with the drawn out final word giving it a sloppy, schoolyard humour feel. It lasts long enough to land as a mini confession before the punchline hits. Viewers usually react with a mix of disgust, surprise and laughter because the joke is so blunt and unexpected. Dropped into an otherwise normal clip, it instantly turns the moment childish, cheeky and a little bit embarrassing for whoever it is aimed at.
