Wallace and Gromit are the stars of the beloved British stop-motion films by Nick Park and Aardman Animations, and Wallace is famously devoted to cheese, especially Wensleydale, which explains this clip's title. His catchphrase, Cheese, Gromit!, is one of animation's most quoted lines. This particular nauseous moment took on a second life online, where meme editors stripped it of context and turned it into a universal reaction sound, like the Bruh meme, for gross-outs, bad food and regrettable choices. It endures because Wallace makes even being sick sound charming.

Wallace from Wallace and Gromit says he's going to vomit in this funny meme voice clip. Use it over gross food fails, bad reactions and hangover moments.
The clip captures Wallace, the cheerful cheese-loving inventor from Wallace and Gromit, at his queasiest, announcing to his dog that he is about to vomit. His plummy Northern accent turns the grotesque confession into something oddly lovable, all wobbly delivery and melodramatic timing. You can practically hear his stomach turning as the line lands, which is exactly why it works so well out of context. It sounds simultaneously disgusted and polite, a very British approach to feeling sick. Drop it into any video and viewers instantly know someone has pushed their luck too far, whether with food, drink or a terrible decision.
