Polkagris is a traditional Swedish peppermint candy, most closely associated with Gränna, and stora polkagrisen translates roughly as the big polkagris. That simple, visual phrase helped the clip travel as a meme sound, where the humour comes less from a known scene and more from dropping a very specific Swedish reference into unrelated videos. The existing page note links the clip to the name Colin Rafael, but its wider life online is as a reusable reaction and punchline sound shared between editors looking for something random, recognisable and short.

Stora polkagrisen is a short Swedish meme sound clip linked to Colin Rafael that creators drop into online edits for a random, funny reaction moment.
Stora polkagrisen takes its name from the Swedish polkagris, the classic red and white peppermint stick, and turns that oversized candy reference into a short meme audio moment. The clip works because the phrase sounds cheerful and oddly specific at the same time, landing like an inside joke even for listeners who do not speak Swedish. Played over an unrelated scene, it creates a sudden break in tone, making an ordinary object, reaction or reveal feel bigger, sillier and more memorable than it should be, which is exactly why editors keep it ready for quick punchlines.
