Among Us, the social deduction game with colourful crewmate characters, became a huge online hit in 2020, and its simple bean-shaped crew members quickly turned into plush toys, memes and slang like sus. This clip captures one of those plush toys being squeezed, a sound that fits the game's playful, suspicious humour perfectly. It spread through short-form videos and meme edits where creators needed a cute, instantly recognisable Among Us noise, and it remains useful because the crewmate shape and the word sus are still widely understood.
Sobre este sonido
A high-pitched squeak from an Among Us plush toy, like a rubber toy being squeezed. Creators use it for sus moments, cute reveals and silly meme edits.
This short clip captures the squeak of a soft Among Us crewmate plush when it is pressed, a bright, rubbery chirp that rises quickly and cuts off cleanly. It lasts just over three seconds, with a slightly wobbly, toy-like tone that sounds both cute and a little suspicious, which is exactly why it works in short videos. Played over a reveal, a jump scare or an innocent-looking character doing something shady, it turns a normal moment into a joke, signalling to viewers that something sus is happening without needing any dialogue or explanation.
