Yaoi is a long established Japanese term for boys love media focused on romantic relationships between male characters, and the phrase has been a staple of anime fandom slang for decades. The K9Kuro clip isolates the word into a short chant that travels easily as a reaction sound, which is why it spread through VTuber clips, anime edits and soundboards rather than as a full song or scene. Its brevity makes it reusable as punctuation for shipping jokes, and it remains popular because the reference is instantly understood by anime fans online.
Informazioni su questo suono
Short voice clip of VTuber K9Kuro chanting the phrase twice, used as a playful anime reaction sound in streams, edits and meme videos and Discord chats.
This is a very short voice clip of streamer K9Kuro repeating the words yaoi yaoi in a bright, teasing chant. The delivery is fast and rhythmic, with the second repetition landing slightly higher and punchier than the first, making the whole 1.2 second loop feel like a call and response. It carries no music or effects underneath, just a clean close mic vocal that cuts in and out abruptly. Played out of context it instantly signals an anime in joke, creating a cheeky, knowing laugh from viewers who recognise the term and the fandom humour behind it.
