There is no widely documented source for this exact clip in the information provided, so it is best understood as a short internet sound rather than a confirmed line from a named show or game. Its title points to a bandicoot being ranked first, a simple boast that works well in gaming edits, reaction videos and meme compilations where a quick celebration is needed. That flexibility, rather than a single viral moment, explains why it keeps circulating: creators can drop it onto almost any win, ranking or favourite character without needing the original context.
