Bill Cipher debuted in the Gravity Falls episode Dreamscaperers in 2013, near the end of the Disney series' first season. Created by Alex Hirsch, who also voices him, the character is a dream demon from another dimension summoned into the mindscape. His polite introduction became one of his most quoted moments because it contrasts his cute triangular design with real menace. Clips of the line spread through fan edits, remixes and soundboards, and it remains a shorthand for a smug, reality-bending villain arriving.

Bill Cipher introduces himself in this short Gravity Falls clip, the cheerful demon's iconic greeting used for villain entrances and meme reveals.
This is Bill Cipher's self-introduction from Gravity Falls, delivered in his fast, high-pitched and slightly echoing voice. The dream demon announces his name with cheerful menace, sounding polite and completely untrustworthy at the same time. His theatrical delivery makes a simple greeting feel like a warning, which is why the clip lands so well as a punchline. It captures Bill's whole character in a few seconds: playful, arrogant and dangerous, treating reality like a game he has already rigged for his own amusement.
