Zeb89 is an Italian YouTuber and streamer known for energetic gaming and reaction content, and 'Lezzo!' became one of his recognisable exclamations among fans. The word itself is Italian for a foul smell, which gives the clip its immediate meaning even for viewers who catch only the tone. Fans clipped the green screen version so it could be layered onto other videos, and it spread through meme edits and soundboards as a quick disgust reaction. Its brevity and clear delivery keep it useful long after the original moment.

Zeb89 shouting 'Lezzo!' in a short, exaggerated clip from the Italian streamer, used as a disgusted reaction to something gross, messy or cringe online.
The clip is Zeb89 blurting out 'Lezzo!' in a loud, drawn-out, half-disgusted voice, recorded as a green screen moment so it can be dropped over other footage. In Italian the word points to a bad stink, and his delivery turns that simple idea into instant comic revulsion. The pitch and timing make it feel oversized for such a short sound, which is why it lands so well as a punchline. Played at the exact moment something nasty appears, it tells the audience exactly how to react without any extra explanation needed.
