Matt Watson is an American online comedian and video creator known for loud, expressive gaming and comedy content, which made his exaggerated reactions familiar to viewers. The exact video this scream was clipped from is not documented, and it circulates mainly as a user-uploaded soundboard snippet. It spread because the delivery is instantly recognisable as an overblown freak-out, fitting jump-scare compilations, fail edits and rage memes. Short, loud reaction screams like this stay in rotation because they need no context to land.

A loud scream attributed to Matt Watson, clipped from online videos. Creators use it as a comic jump-scare or rage reaction in memes, edits and gaming clips.
This is a short, unrestrained male scream credited to Matt Watson, lasting just under six seconds. It starts abruptly at full volume, with a strained, cracking yell that wobbles as it runs out of breath, giving it a genuinely panicked edge rather than a clean studio shout. There is no music or dialogue around it, just the raw burst of voice. Dropped over a fail, a jump-scare or a sudden twist, it makes the moment feel louder and more chaotic, and the sheer over-the-top delivery usually lands as comedy rather than horror, pushing viewers from surprise straight into laughter.
