The clip comes from SpongeBob Plug 'n' Plays (With Shrek) by AquaticNeptune, a fan made parody that crosses SpongeBob style plug and play games with Shrek. The name riffs on Tiger Woods by turning him into an ogre, matching the video's mix of cartoon characters and unlikely celebrity jokes. Short excerpts from videos like this circulate as standalone sounds on meme boards, where the context free line can be reused for golf, Shrek, and random crossover edits far beyond the original parody.

Ogre Tigre Woods is a short meme sound effect from SpongeBob Plug 'n' Plays With Shrek by AquaticNeptune, used for absurd Shrek and golf jokes in edits.
Ogre Tigre Woods is a brief, deadpan name drop that mashes Shrek the ogre with golfer Tiger Woods into one ridiculous character. The clip lasts only a few seconds, so the joke lands entirely on the unexpected crossover and the flat way the line is delivered. It works as a sudden punchline that breaks the flow of a scene, making an ordinary moment feel like a bizarre sports announcement. Viewers who know both references get the pun instantly, while everyone else hears a confident statement that makes no sense at all, which is exactly why it sticks.
