Shake and Bake comes from the 2006 comedy Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, where Ricky Bobby and his best friend Cal Naughton Jr. use it as their racing catchphrase and good-luck ritual. The line became one of the film's most quoted moments and spread through sports broadcasts, fan edits and short-form videos, where it is still shouted before races, games and stunts. Its lasting appeal comes from its simplicity: two rhyming words that instantly suggest speed, teamwork and over-the-top confidence.

It sounds loud, playful and instantly recognisable, even to viewers who have never seen the film.
