The Scotts is a 2020 single by Travis Scott and Kid Cudi, released under their joint name The Scotts. The track pairs Kid Cudi's atmospheric style with Travis Scott's trap sound, and its short, punchy sections quickly became popular for edits on TikTok and other short-form platforms. Fans clipped the most recognisable moments for montages, reveals and hype videos, where the dark production works even without the full song. That short-form reuse has kept the sound familiar years later, especially for creators who want instant hip-hop energy.

A short clip from The Scotts by Travis Scott and Kid Cudi, built around its dark trap beat and recognisable hook. Used for hype edits, intros and meme videos.
A short, high-energy excerpt from The Scotts, the Travis Scott and Kid Cudi collaboration, this clip leans on a dark, bass-heavy trap instrumental with spacey synths and crisp, driving drums. A confident vocal hook cuts through the beat, giving it an instant sense of swagger and anticipation. Even in just a few seconds, it sounds huge and cinematic, like the moment before a drop or a big reveal. That tension is why it lands so well in short videos, instantly signalling that something bold, stylish or unexpected is about to happen.
