TTV stands for Twitch TV and BTW for by the way, a pairing that became common gaming slang as smaller streamers added TTV to their in game names during the Fortnite boom of the late 2010s. Daequan Loco was one of the most watched Fortnite creators on Twitch in that period, so clips of his voice became widely shared reaction audio. The phrase survived as shorthand for that era of lobby culture, and creators still drop it whenever a player is performing for an audience instead of just playing.

Daequan TTV BTW sound effect is a short gaming voice clip from the Fortnite streamer, used as a meme reaction for tryhard Twitch players in edits and streams.
This is a short voice clip linked to streamer Daequan built around the gaming joke TTV BTW, shorthand for players who put Twitch TV in their username to advertise their channel. The delivery is dry and knowing, turning a tiny piece of lobby slang into an instant eye roll at self promotion and tryhard behaviour. Listeners who play online shooters recognise the type immediately, which is why the line lands without any setup. It works as a quick punchline, deflating a serious moment and signalling that a player cares more about being seen than playing well.
