Friends is a duet by BTS members Jimin and V, released on the group's 2020 album Map of the Soul: 7 as a song about their long friendship. Fans quickly adopted the pairing name Vmin for the two singers, and short clips from the track became staples in fan-made edits celebrating their bond. The brief vocal moment works so well because listeners already associate it with that friendship story, which keeps it in regular use for birthday videos, compilations and friendship tributes years after its release.
