Warcraft 3 Reign of Chaos was released by Blizzard in 2002, and its Human Mortar Team became memorable for joke unit responses when clicked or ordered to attack. Mortar Combat riffs on Mortal Kombat, replacing mortal with the team's weapon for a quick pun. Repeated clicks in the game unlocked more comedy lines, helping these quotes spread through LAN sessions, forums and later YouTube compilations. The shout remains a nostalgic shorthand among strategy players who grew up hearing unit voices respond to every order.

Voice line from Warcraft 3 where the Human artillery dwarves shout their Mortal Kombat pun before firing, used in RTS edits and gaming memes.
This is the Human Mortar Team from Warcraft 3 delivering its signature battle cry, a loud, gleeful shout of Mortar Combat. The two dwarves sound eager and over the top, turning a simple unit click into a joke that lands instantly if you know the fighting game reference. It is short, punchy and clearly spoken, with that classic real time strategy voice acting style. Viewers hear confidence, chaos and incoming explosives all at once, which makes the line feel funny even before anything blows up on screen.
