The 7 Grand Dad joke comes from a bootleg Mario-style game that replaced its hero with a Flintstones-like character, creating a strange mash-up that players and remix channels turned into a running gag. Clips of its music, characters and catchphrases spread through gameplay streams, edits and soundboards, where the absurd combination became the joke itself. This yabba dabba doo version keeps that spirit alive, pairing the familiar cartoon shout with Luigi for a quick, recognisable nod that fans of the meme spot straight away.
About this sound
A drawn-out yabba dabba doo shout from the 7 Grand Dad meme, featuring Luigi, used as a goofy celebration or reveal sound in edits and streams.
This short clip is a long, sliding yabba dabba doo yell in the style of the 7 Grand Dad meme, with Luigi tied into the joke. The voice stretches the catchphrase out, rising and wobbling as it goes, so it lands less like a line of dialogue and more like a cartoon celebration. It is silly, loud and instantly recognisable to anyone who knows the bootleg Mario and Flintstones mash-up, which is why it works as a punchline on its own. Drop it at the end of a win, a reveal or a ridiculous moment and it turns a normal clip into something deliberately over the top.
