Autodarts built its following with camera based automatic scoring for steel tip darts, letting home players get instant callouts instead of chalking scores by hand. In standard darts notation T16 means the treble 16, worth 48 points, a useful cover shot when the treble 20 is blocked. Clips of the system's short voice calls have been shared by streamers and league players on soundboards, where each treble gets its own button. The T16 version survives because it is specific, satisfying to land, and instantly understood by anyone who plays regularly at home or online.
About this sound
The Autodarts T16 sound is the short automated triple 16 callout from darts scoring, played when a dart lands in the treble 16 segment during a game.
This is the crisp automated voice announcement from Autodarts for a triple 16 hit, lasting under a second. The system calls out T16 in a flat electronic tone the moment the scoring software registers three times the 16 segment. It is short, clean and instantly recognisable to players who use the camera based setup at home. In a video or stream the clip lands like a referee confirmation, adding official match energy to a casual throw and making a good dart feel properly scored and celebrated without any extra commentary from the players around the board at all.
