The cheer comes from SpongeBob SquarePants, the long-running Nickelodeon animated series about an endlessly optimistic sponge living in Bikini Bottom. In Spanish-speaking countries the show is known as Bob Esponja, which is why many listeners search for the clip under that name. Short celebration sounds like this one spread through soundboards and meme edits, where a familiar cartoon voice can turn a small success into a joke. It remains popular because the hurrah is instantly recognisable, easy to drop into edits, and carries the same upbeat energy that made the character famous.
