Cartoon Cat is an internet horror character created by artist Trevor Henderson, whose unsettling creature artwork became widely shared online. The character resembles a distorted figure from an old black-and-white cartoon, inspiring fan animations, games, videos, and jump-scare edits. This particular three-second audio is best understood as a sound associated with those fan-made scares rather than a confirmed excerpt from one official production. It remains useful because its compact, abrasive impact matches the character’s sudden appearances and exaggerated horror imagery.
