Gentleman Cho'Gath is a cosmetic skin for Cho'Gath, the void terror champion in League of Legends, the team-based game from Riot Games. The skin reimagines the hulking monster as a well-dressed gentleman, complete with formal attire, which makes his deep voice lines feel deliberately out of place. Players and editors have clipped those moments for gaming videos and meme edits, where the contrast between monster and manners does most of the comedy, keeping the sound popular long after the skin itself became familiar.
About this sound
The Cho'Gath gentleman sound is a short League of Legends voice line used for memes, edits and gaming clips when a character appears in a formal or classy way.
This short clip captures the voice of Gentleman Cho'Gath, the elegantly dressed version of the void monster from League of Legends, delivering a line in a deep, refined tone that sounds far too polite for a creature of his size. The contrast between his monstrous growl and his gentlemanly manner is what makes the sound land, turning a moment of menace into something unexpectedly classy and funny. At just over two seconds long, it is sharp enough to drop over a reveal, a slow walk-in, or a character acting far more dignified than they deserve to be.
