About this sound

An Arabic voice line saying 'I will erase you from my memory,' shared as a WhatsApp meme. Perfect for betrayal clips, fake breakups and petty revenge edits.

This short WhatsApp audio captures a heated Arabic voice line in Egyptian dialect, delivered with slow, deliberate menace: the speaker vows to wipe someone completely from their memory. The tone is theatrical and cold, like the final line of an argument before blocking a number, and the low-fi phone recording makes it feel raw and personal. It lands as both a threat and a punchline, which is why it works so well over dramatic edits. Hearing it instantly signals that a relationship has ended on the speaker's terms, with no second chances.

Pro tip

Drop the line as the betrayed character turns away or the blocked-contact screen appears, and let the silence after it breathe for a beat. Pair it with a slow zoom and muted background music, but skip sound effects that would fight the raw phone-audio texture.

How people use it

A friend gets blocked after sending one message too many.
A breakup edit ends with the chat being deleted.
A gamer kicks a toxic teammate from the squad.
A petty revenge clip cuts to a dramatic door slam.
