Dead by Daylight is the multiplayer horror game released by Behaviour Interactive in 2016, where one killer hunts four survivors. The Doctor, real name Herman Carter, was added in The Spark of Madness chapter in 2017 and attacks with electric shock therapy that makes survivors scream and hallucinate.
