Discord's standard call sound became a seasonal favourite in 2024 when a Christmas version, layered with jingle bells, began circulating among users who wanted a festive Discord notification for the holidays. Shared through soundboards and ringtone collections, it caught on because it kept the instantly recognisable Discord call pattern while adding a clear December twist. People still reuse it each festive season for streams, edits and phone alerts, since a familiar call tone dressed up for Christmas feels both nostalgic and new.
About this sound
The festive Discord Christmas ringtone from 2024, with jingle bells over the classic call tone, used for holiday calls and seasonal notification sounds.
This is the holiday version of Discord's familiar incoming call ringtone, reworked for Christmas 2024 with bright jingle bells and a warm, festive melody layered over the original chime. It lasts about seventeen seconds, long enough to feel like a real call ringing through, and it instantly signals something cheerful rather than urgent. The bells give it a cosy, seasonal lift without losing the recognisable Discord pattern underneath, so listeners know at once that it is a call sound, just dressed up for December. It works best as a playful seasonal alert that makes a normal notification feel like a small celebration.
