“Justice rains from above” originated as Pharah's Barrage ultimate voice line in Overwatch, released in 2016. The warning became familiar through regular matches, highlight reels, Play of the Game sequences, and competitive streams. Its association with a powerful aerial attack helped it spread beyond gameplay into memes and edited reaction videos. The quote remains popular because it is brief, theatrical, and easy to synchronize with anything dropping, diving, or striking from overhead, especially when the outcome is unexpectedly chaotic.
