This sound has no single film, show or creator behind it, and it circulates mainly as a user-made soundboard clip rather than a famous quote. Its appeal is simple: it combines two instantly recognisable comedy ideas, a machine gun and a fart, into one short burst that works without any context. That is why it appears in prank videos, meme edits and chat replies, where a quick, silly noise is enough to get a laugh. It remains popular because it is short, easy to reuse and instantly understood by viewers of any age.
About this sound
A rapid-fire burst of cartoon fart sounds that mimics a machine gun, used as a silly sound effect for pranks, memes and funny edits and reaction videos.
This clip is a fast, rhythmic series of wet, cartoonish fart noises layered to sound like a machine gun firing in short bursts. Each pop lands in quick succession, building a ridiculous, over-the-top rhythm that is impossible to take seriously. It starts abruptly, keeps the pace tight for a few seconds, and ends before the joke wears thin. Played over a reaction, a fail, or a prank setup, it turns an ordinary moment into something deliberately childish and absurd. The humour comes from the contrast: a weapon-like sound made entirely from a bodily noise, delivered with perfect comic timing.
