MC Carol, also known as MC Carol de Niterói, is a Brazilian funk carioca singer known for blunt, humorous lyrics and a strong stage presence. Short excerpts of her performances circulate widely in Brazil through WhatsApp groups, meme pages and soundboards, where a recognisable phrase can become a reaction on its own. Vou tirar works that way because the Portuguese wording is simple and the delivery is emphatic. Shared outside its original musical context, the clip is now used mainly as a comic cue for removals, reveals and transformations.
About this sound
MC Carol Vou Tirar is a Brazilian funk clip popular in memes and WhatsApp audios for jokes about taking something off or removing an item in a video edit.
This is a short excerpt featuring Brazilian funk singer MC Carol delivering the line vou tirar, which means I will take it off in Portuguese. The vocal is bold, rhythmic and instantly recognisable, carried by the energy of Rio funk and MC Carol's direct delivery. At just over twenty seconds it feels longer than a simple one-liner, giving editors room for a build-up and a punchline. Listeners use it for its confident, teasing tone, turning an ordinary removal, reveal or outfit change into a funny, exaggerated moment.
