Neco-Arc is a joke character created by TYPE-MOON as a cat-like parody of Arcueid Brunestud from the Tsukihime visual novel series. She became widely known through the Melty Blood fighting games, where her tiny size, deadpan expressions and high-pitched nya vocalizations made her stand out. Short clips of her yells and noises were later shared widely as reaction sounds online, turning the character into a staple of anime meme culture long after her debut, especially in chaotic edit videos.
About this sound
Neco-Arc yell sound effect from TYPE-MOON's Neco-Arc, the cat parody of Arcueid from Tsukihime and Melty Blood, used for chaotic anime meme reactions.
This is a short, high-pitched yell from Neco-Arc, the chibi cat version of Arcueid Brunestud. The sound is a sudden, squeaky shout lasting just over a second, delivered with exaggerated energy that makes it feel both cute and completely unhinged. It does not carry words, just raw vocal chaos, which is why it lands so well as a punchline. Played over a normal scene it instantly turns the moment absurd, signaling panic, excitement, or a character losing control in the funniest possible way.
