Neco Arc is a comedic, cat-like version of Arcueid from Type-Moon's Tsukihime and Melty Blood series, originally created as a joke character who became a lasting fan favourite. Short vocal clips of her have circulated for years in anime edits, reaction videos and livestreams, where her high-pitched delivery is instantly recognisable even without context. The appeal has endured because the character combines cuteness with unpredictability, so a single brief sound can signal a playful, chaotic moment in almost any kind of short-form video.
About this sound
A short Neco Arc vocal sound effect from Tsukihime, used as a playful reaction clip in memes, edits and streams when something cute or chaotic happens.
The clip is a very short, high-pitched vocal burst from Neco Arc, the small cat-like version of Arcueid, delivered in a quick, excitable tone that lands almost like a squeak. It is only a fraction of a second long, so it hits instantly rather than building up, and that sudden cuteness is what makes it funny. Dropped into an edit, it turns a small moment into a joke, giving a character, pet or unexpected twist a burst of chaotic energy without needing any explanation.
